During our call, I’ll determine the concierge fee for your once-in-a-lifetime trip. This planning and research fee varies based on a few factors, including the number of destinations and the length of your trip.

Then, you’ll receive your custom proposal, tailored to suit your style: Within a week, I’ll send you a detailed proposal, crafted just for you. It’ll include hand-picked activities, stunning accommodations, and seamless transportation plans to create an unforgettable experience. Take your time reviewing the proposal. If it looks perfect, great! If you have tweaks, let me know. Your satisfaction is my top priority.

Next up, effortless booking: Once you’re happy with the plan, I’ll handle all the bookings. Every detail will be perfectly taken care of, from arranging airport transportation to letting our hotel and resort partners know that a VIP is on the way. As your departure date gets closer, I’ll send you a personalized concierge form.
